What is the GPT-Prompt?

ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are remarkably good at interpreting a Vedic chart — but they cannot calculate one. Ask an AI "what does my birth chart say about my career?" and it will either refuse, guess, or hallucinate planetary positions that are simply wrong.

The GPT-Prompt solves the calculation half for you. GrahaJyoti computes your complete chart with a professional Swiss-Ephemeris-grade engine, then formats every table into one long, copy-paste prompt. You paste it into any AI chat once — the AI confirms it has absorbed your chart and then waits for your questions. From that moment, you have a tireless astrology study partner that actually knows your real chart.

Try it now: generate your free chart on the Kundli page and open the highlighted ✨ GPT Prompt tab.

What's inside the prompt

Every prompt is generated fresh from your exact birth date, time and place, and includes:

  • All 16 divisional charts (vargas), D1 to D60 — Rasi, Hora, Drekkana, Chaturthamsa, Saptamsa, Navamsa, Dasamsa, Dvadasamsa, Shodasamsa, Vimsamsa, Chaturvimsamsa, Saptavimsamsa, Trimsamsa, Khavedamsa, Akshavedamsa and Shashtiamsa — each as a full table with sign, house placement, degree and nakshatra (with pada) for every planet.
  • The Bhava Chalit chart (Sripati cusps) in the same table format, including each planet's functional house next to its rashi house — the detail most free tools skip, and the one that changes house-based predictions the most.
  • Your current Vimshottari Dasha periods, so timing questions ("when?") have real data behind them.
  • A classical-Vedic role instruction — the AI is told to answer as a classical scholar (BPHS, Phaladeepika, Saravali, Jataka Parijata), absorb the data, and hold all analysis until you ask your first question. No generic AI life-coaching monologue.

Why AI readings usually fail — and how this fixes it

Three failure modes ruin most "AI astrology" attempts:

  1. Wrong data. The AI invents planet positions. The GPT-Prompt feeds it exact, engine-calculated tables instead.
  2. Shallow data. Most tools share only the D1 chart. Serious Jyotisha leans on the vargas (D9 for marriage, D10 for career, D60 for karma) and Bhava Chalit — all included here.
  3. The AI talks too soon. Dump data on a chatbot and it immediately writes a generic essay. Our prompt explicitly instructs it to confirm and wait, so the conversation follows your questions, at your pace, in your own chat window.

How it works — 3 steps

1Generate your kundli. Enter your birth details on the Free Kundli page — no signup required.

2Open the ✨ GPT Prompt tab and unlock it. Pay once via Stripe secure checkout — your local price is shown before you pay. Guests can pay without creating an account; the prompt unlocks instantly for that kundli, forever.

3Copy, paste, ask. Hit Copy All, paste into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and start asking. The AI already has your whole chart in context — every follow-up question is free and unlimited in your own chat.

Questions people ask their chart

  • "Looking at my D10 and current dasha, is this a good year for a job change?"
  • "Compare my D1 and Bhava Chalit — do any planets shift houses, and what changes?"
  • "What does my D9 Navamsa say about marriage, per classical texts?"
  • "Explain my current Mahadasha and Antardasha like I'm new to astrology."
  • "Which planets are strongest in my chart across the vargas, and which need remedies?"

Because the data stays in the chat's context, you can go as deep as you like — ask for citations, ask it to re-check, ask "what would Phaladeepika say?" — without paying per question.

FAQ

Do I need a ChatGPT subscription?

No. The prompt works in free ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Paid AI tiers give longer contexts and stronger models, which help with very deep multi-chart questions, but they're optional.

Do I need a GrahaJyoti account?

No. Guests can generate a chart, pay, and copy the prompt in the same browser session. If you want to come back to the same kundli later from other devices, sign in (free, via Google) before purchasing so the kundli is saved to your account.

Is my birth data sent to the AI automatically?

No. Nothing is sent anywhere until you paste the prompt into the AI chat of your choice. You stay in control of where your data goes.

What if I paid but the prompt didn't unlock?

Refresh the page after a few seconds — Stripe confirms payments to us on a second channel (webhook), so the unlock always lands even if your browser lost the redirect. Still stuck? Contact us via the consultation page with your payment email.

Developers: prefer raw API access to the same chart engine? See the Custom GPT / Claude / MCP guide and API pricing.
